$1000 Pizza Made By REAL Italians🇮🇹


Welcome to another video recap, where I share tips, and secret recipes so YOU can become a chef from home! This week I collaborated with chef 5-time Pizza World Champion Giulio to create a THOUSAND DOLLAR pizza. This time with his long time business partner AP, a true Napolitano, Giulio uses some of the most lavish ingredients ever.

We are learning from Giulio once again, and as some of you may know, he’s a 5-time Pizza World Champion(basically the Lebron James of the pizza world), and he’s going for a sixth one this year. Pizza World Championship is where some of the best pizzaiolos(pizza makers) compete to see who makes the tastiest, most complete pizza humans have ever laid their eyes on. Now the pizza he’s making today may not be actually $1000, we wanted to use the best ingredients we could get our hands on and create something fun for you guys to make at home!

<Recipe>

  1. Begin by pre-baking your pizza dough(if you want to learn how to make the best dough, email us for the recipe!) at 650 Fahrenheit for about 5 minutes.

  2. Then lightly sear the scallops from Hokkaido, Japan and dice them up into small cubes.

  3. Add olive oil, lime zest, and sea salt to make scallop tartare. Mix lightly.

     

  4. Mash up the Burrata cheese from Apulia, Italy and add chopped parsley.

  5. When the pizza dough develops a beautiful golden crust, cut into 6 slices.

  6. Now assemble: Burrata on top of the pizza, Beluga caviar, Hokkaido scallop tartare, more Beluga caviar, lots of black truffle shavings, and finally, 24k gold leaf.
